"We had backed up plumbing and I didn't know if it was the septic full or the pipes clogged. Called Burneys on a Saturday. Matt shows up within the hour and it's not the septic. So he goes to Ace and buys a snake and finds the clog and unclogs it and add a clean out there where we need it. This is way over and above the scope of what we called to have done.
